鋼琴家│鮑里斯‧貝瑞佐夫斯基 

 

鋼琴家貝瑞佐夫斯基為1990年國際柴可夫斯基大賽鋼琴金牌得主,以兼具力度的炫技演奏、與生俱來的獨到眼光及音樂感受力而聞名於世。

1969年生於莫斯科,他在五歲的時候開始接受正式的鋼琴訓練,而後於莫斯科音樂院跟隨艾利索‧薇莎拉茲(Eliso Virsaladze)學習並私下拜亞裏山德-薩茨(Alexander Satz)為師。1988年於倫敦威格摩爾廳的首演後,倫敦《泰晤士報》形容他為「一位前途無量的藝術家」。兩年後,他贏得莫斯科1990年柴可夫斯基國際大賽金牌。

貝瑞佐夫斯基經常獲邀與世界頂尖樂團合作,包括柏林愛樂樂團、馬林斯基劇院管弦樂團、匈牙利國家管弦樂團、德勒斯登國家交響樂團、倫敦愛樂樂團、羅馬聖奇西里亞管絃樂團、紐約愛樂樂團、NHK交響樂團、巴黎管絃樂團、慕尼黑愛樂樂團、俄羅斯國家管弦樂團、鹿特丹愛樂樂團、法國國家管弦樂團、蒙特婁交響樂團、瑞士羅曼德管弦樂團、BBC交響樂團、伯明罕交響樂團、及香港愛樂樂團…。

此外,他還常被邀至各大重要的國際獨奏系列音樂會,像是柏林愛樂鋼琴系列、荷蘭皇家大會堂國際鋼琴系列,及倫敦皇家節慶音樂廳國際鋼琴系列;場館的部分,他曾受邀至位在巴黎的香榭麗舍劇院和普蕾雅音樂廳、倫敦皇家節慶音樂廳、布魯塞爾的藝術中心、維也納音樂廳、雅典美格隆音樂廳,這些場館之外,他還至韋爾比亞、薩爾茲堡,以及拉羅克‧安瑟宏音樂節演出。

在室內樂的部分,貝瑞佐夫斯基的合作夥伴為瓦定‧列賓和鮑羅定弦樂四重奏。20048月,他與馬克汀和克尼亞澤夫錄製的柴可夫斯基鋼琴三重奏和拉赫曼尼諾夫鋼琴三重奏得到了法國《音叉》雜誌大獎。當時的DVD影像在德法公共電視台(ARTE)及日本NHK皆有播出。200410月,貝瑞佐夫斯基與馬克汀和克尼亞澤夫於華納古典國際錄製的蕭士塔高維契第二號鋼琴三重奏和拉赫曼尼諾夫的第二號鋼琴三重奏贏得了法國《音樂世界》大獎“Choc”、英國《留聲機》大獎,以及德國2005年《迴聲》大獎。

貝瑞佐夫斯基曾於Teldec錄製蕭邦、舒曼、拉赫曼尼諾夫、穆索斯基、巴拉基列夫、梅特涅、拉威爾作品及全套李斯特《超技練習曲》大碟。他的拉赫曼尼諾夫奏鳴曲大碟榮獲德國碟評人大獎;拉威爾大碟則獲法國《音樂世界》、《音叉》雜誌、BBC音樂雜誌及英國《周日獨立報》等特別推薦。他還於2006年榮獲BBC音樂雜誌「最佳器樂演奏者」大獎。他的現場蕭邦與戈多夫斯基獨奏錄音也得到很高的評價。

他也曾於Mirare灌錄拉赫曼尼諾夫前奏曲、與指揮家李斯和尤拉愛樂管弦樂團合作的全套協奏曲以及與布麗姬特‧安潔兒合作的雙鋼琴作品。其餘的現場演出錄音有他於皇家節慶音樂廳及法國密斯雷穀倉音樂節演出李斯特作品。他還和他的搭擋布麗姬特‧安潔兒和亨利・德馬爾凱特錄製聖桑的《動物狂歡節》,並得到2010“Choc”大獎。

貝瑞佐夫斯基前陣子從他的朋友布麗姬特‧安潔兒手中接下博韋鋼琴鏡像節藝術總監的職位。

 

Boris Berezovsky, Pianist

Boris Berezovsky has established a great reputation, both as the most powerful of virtuoso pianists and as a musician gifted with a unique insight and a great sensitivity.

Born in Moscow, Boris Berezovsky studied at the Moscow Conservatory with Eliso Virsaladze and privately with Alexander Satz. Subsequent to his London debut at the Wigmore Hall in 1988, The Times described him as an artist of exceptional promise, a player of dazzling virtuosity and formidable power. Two years later, he won the Gold Medal at the 1990 International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow.

Boris Berezovsky is regularly invited by the most prominent orchestras including the Berliner Philharmoniker, Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, Hungarian National Orchestra, Staatskapelle Dresden, Philharmonia of London, Orchestra Santa Cecilia Roma, New York Philharmonic, NHK Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Paris, Munich Philharmonic, Russian National Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic, Orchestre National de France Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic

Boris Berezovsky is often invited to the most prestigious international recitals series : The Berlin Philharmonic Piano series, Concertgebouw International piano series and the Royal Festival Hall International Piano series in London, to the great stages as the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées and Salle Pleyel in Paris, Royal Festival Hall of London, Palace of fine Arts in Brussels, Konzerthaus of Vienna, the Megaron in Athena and to the most famous international festivals in Verbier, Salzburg, la Roque d’Anthéron

His partners in Chamber Music are Vadim Repin and the Borodin Quartet. In August 2004, the DVD of The Tchaikovsky Pieces for piano, violin and cello and Trio Elegiaque “A La Mémoire d’un grand artiste” recorded by the Trio B. Berezovsky, D. Makhtin, A. Kniazev received the Diapason d'Or. The DVD was broadcasted on the TV channels ARTE and NHK in Japan. In October 2004, with Warner Classics International, Boris Berezovsky, Alexander Kniazev and Dmitri Makhtin recorded the Shostakovich Trio no. 2 and Rachmaninov Trio Elégiaque no. 2, which were awarded Choc de la Musique in France, the Gramophone in England, and the Echo Classic 2005 in Germany.

With Teldec, Boris Berezovksy has recorded works of Chopin, Schumann, Rachmaninov, Mussorgsky, Balakirev, Medtner, Ravel and the complete Liszt Transcendental Studies. His recording of the Rachmaninov sonatas was awarded the Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik and his Ravel disc was recommended by Le Monde de la Musique, Diapason, The BBC Music Magazine and the Sunday Independent. Boris Berezovsky also won the BBC Music Magazine Awards in March 2006 as Best Instrumentalist. His solo live recording Chopin/Godowsky was highly praised.

With Mirare, Boris Berezovsky recorded the Rachmaninov Preludes as well as the complete Rachmaninov Piano concertos with the Ural Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Dmitri Liss, and another CD for two pianos dedicated to Rachmaninov with Brigitte Engerer which received several great prizes. He recorded live at the Royal Festival Hall of London and at La Grange de Meslay in Tours a CD devoted to Liszt. The artist also recorded with his partners: Brigitte Engerer and Henri Demarquette Saint-Saëns’s Carnaval des Animaux (CHOC of the year 2010).

His next engagements include, among others, concerts with : Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra/Dmitri Kitajenko in Roma and Doha, Montreal Symphonic Orchestra/Oleg Caetani, St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra/Yuri Temirkanov,, Mariinsky Orchestra/Valery Gergiev, Danish Radio Symphony Orchestra/Yuri Temirkanov, Philharmonia Orchestra/Vladimir Ashkenazy, Tatarstan National Symphony Orchestra/Alexander Sladkovsky, Orchestre National de Lille/Jean-Claude Casadesus Boris Berezovsky will also give recitals in the most world prestigious halls such as Paris Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Taipei National Concert Hall, Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow….

Boris Berezovsky took over the work of her friend Brigitte Engerer becoming artistic director of the Festival Pianoscope Beauvais.
